1. How long does sewing take?
Usually, handmade sewing takes 7-14 days from payment. Please note that the shipping period is not included in the production time.
2. Is it possible to produce the goods earlier than the specified production deadline?
The production time depends on availability and order volume at that time. If we have fewer orders, we aim to produce and ship earlier than the specified deadline. In cases of high demand, we strive not to exceed the production deadline. If there's a potential delay, we contact the customer, discuss the situation, and seek a suitable solution. The customer can choose to wait, or if that's not feasible, we promptly initiate a refund.
3. Does the production time include the shipping time?
No, the shipping time is not included in the production time.
4. Can I return or replace a non-suitable product?
Yes, within 14 days. Refer to our Exchanges and Returns policy for detailed information.
5. I have a gift coupon. How can I use it?
To redeem your coupon, send us an email at info@tendertouch.lt. We'll create a unique discount code for you to apply during checkout.
6. Can you adjust the measurements of the item to personal requirements?
Yes, we can make adjustments based on personal preferences. However, items adjusted according to a person's specifications are no longer covered by the return guarantee, so please assess the risk accordingly.
7. Is it possible to try on the clothes?
Currently, we do not have a physical store, so trying on clothes in person is not available.
8. Shipping, customs, import fees
Buyers are responsible for any third-party customs, import, and additional shipping charges.
