Returns and Exchanges Policy:
At Tender Touch, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, however, you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow our guidelines below:
Timeframe:
Goods can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods.
Condition of Returned Goods:
Items must be returned unworn, with undamaged labels, and in their original appearance. To prevent damage during transport, please use additional protective (transport) packaging, such as the original box or envelope.
Reporting Issues:
If you discover a flaw, stain, or any unexpected issue upon unpacking, please photograph it and notify us at info@tendertouch.lt. Failure to report such issues may impact the refund or exchange process.
Customized Goods:
Items altered to suit personal needs (parts, dimensions, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned as per legal regulations.
Return Costs:
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to poor quality.
Faulty Products:
For faulty products, we commit to accepting the return and replacing it with an equivalent item. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Buyer's Responsibility:
Buyers are responsible for the safe return of items. If a returned item is lost during transit, the responsibility lies with the buyer initiating the return.
